Work in/around Knossos with strength + control‑focused training
Coaching on how you currently use power: pushing, shrinking, or overcompensating
Lab work to support strength and nervous‑system stability
Evening integration: redefining what power means for you now

Day 3 – The Mares of Diomedes: Pattern Release

Teaching: compulsive loops (work, conflict, self‑sabotage, chaos)
Training structured around “runaway” patterns and conscious interruption
Deep process work to identify the behaviors that keep you circling the same outcomes
Lab protocols focused on safety and re‑patterning
Evening: choosing specific patterns to retire, and what will replace them

Teaching on capacity, not intensity — how to expand without crashing
Extended Lab time for deep recovery (sleep, HRV, joint and muscle support)
Coaching focused on simplifying your performance and life architecture
Evening: space for rest, journaling, quiet conversation

Partner and group exercises under pressure to test trust, communication, and leadership style
Coaching on dominance, appeasement, avoidance, and clean authority
Lab protocols focused on heart coherence and relational nervous‑system stability
Evening integration: defining new relational standards and boundaries

Early departure for a gorge or long‑route environment (e.g. Samaria)
Extended endurance challenge with guided pacing and mindset support
Field teaching on staying with a path when it feels long, lonely, or uncertain
Lab recovery on return: muscular, joint, and nervous‑system restoration
Evening: translating the endurance experience into long‑term projects and missions

Day 7 – The Golden Apples: Vision & Alliance

Teaching: vision grounded in reality vs fantasy; the few alliances that truly matter
Combination of movement and strategic mapping sessions
Coaching to refine your 3–5 year horizon across performance, leadership, business, and life
Lab work to support clarity, creativity, and high‑level problem solving
Evening integration: turning vision into a concrete, aligned strategy

Day 8 – Silent Preparation

Reduced talking, more inner space
Gentle physical practice and time in nature
Light Lab protocols for stabilization and quieting the system
Private reflection and writing ahead of the deepest inner work

Day 9 – Cerberus: Shadow, Death & Rebirth

Teaching on endings, identity death, aging, transition, and fear
Guided descent work in a cave or similar environment (with clear safety)
Deep sound work (gongs, voice, silence) supporting non‑verbal reorganization
Stabilisation in the Lab after the process
Quiet integration: rest, journaling, optional 1:1 check‑ins

Review of the entire arc: Peloponnese, first integration, Crete
